Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
Soluna Health LLC (“Soluna,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Soluna Wellness App, Soluna Specialty Rx, Soluna Family Rx, and the Soluna One umbrella site (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services, or otherwise communicate with us.
If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.
This Privacy Policy governs your Soluna account and identity information only. If you use Specialty Rx or Family Rx, your protected health information is governed separately by that product's own HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices — see “Health Information (HIPAA)” below.
Personal Information We Collect or Process
We may collect or process the following categories of personal information, depending on how you interact with the Services, where you live, and as permitted or required by applicable law:
- Contact details — name, address, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email address.
- Financial information — payment card information, transaction details, and payment confirmation. Payment processing is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.
- Account information — email, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), and which Soluna properties your account has activated.
- Transaction information— items you view, add to cart, purchase, return, or cancel (Specialty Rx); visit requests and appointment scheduling metadata (Family Rx) — not the clinical content of a visit, which is governed by that product's own HIPAA Notice.
- Communications with us — information you include in customer support inquiries.
- Device and usage information — information about your device, browser, or network connection, your IP address, and how you interact with the Services.
- Phone number — collected at checkout or through opt-in forms, used for order or appointment communications and, with your consent, SMS messages.
- Location data— approximate location derived from your IP address or shipping information, used for fraud prevention, order processing, and — for Family Rx — confirming you're in a state where a licensed provider can see you. We do not collect precise real-time location data.
Personal Information Sources
- Directly from you — when you create an account, use the Services, or communicate with us.
- Automatically through the Services — from your device, and through cookies and similar technologies.
- From our service providers— vendors we engage to enable the Services (see “How We Disclose Personal Information” below).
- Marketing and communications platforms — the vendors we use for transactional and marketing email may process your contact information and behavioral data (such as email opens and clicks) on our behalf, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
How We Use Your Personal Information
Provide, Tailor, and Improve the Services. To process payments, fulfill orders, schedule and manage Family Rx visits, remember your preferences, send account and order notifications, create and manage your account, arrange shipping, and enable customer support.
Marketing and Advertising. To send marketing, advertising, and promotional communications by email, text message, or postal mail, and to show relevant advertising — including based on items you previously viewed or purchased.
Security and Fraud Prevention. To authenticate your account, provide a secure payment and shopping experience, and detect, investigate, or act on fraudulent or malicious activity.
Communicating with You. To provide customer support and maintain our relationship with you.
SMS and Mobile Communications. (Conditional — applies once SMS messaging is enabled on a given property.)If you opt in to SMS messaging, we use your mobile number to send order or appointment updates and, if you've opted in, promotional messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent to SMS is never required to complete a purchase or book a visit.
Legal Reasons. To comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, or enforce our Terms of Service.
Health Information (HIPAA)
Applies to Specialty Rx and Family Rx.
Your protected health information — including intake responses, prescriptions, visit history, and provider notes — is collected, stored, and processed only within our HIPAA-covered clinical system. It is never stored in, or accessible from, your Soluna account, this website, or any app. We never use your health information to personalize marketing, and we never share it with advertising or marketing partners. Specialty Rx and Family Rx each publish their own HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices with the full detail on your rights regarding that information, including how to request access to or a copy of your records.
The Soluna Wellness App does not collect health information at all — it's for personal tracking and education only.
How We Disclose Personal Information
- Service providers — vendors who perform services on our behalf: payment processing, cloud hosting, transactional and marketing email, customer support, and — for Specialty Rx — order fulfillment and shipping.
- Business and marketing partners — to advertise to you, including personalized advertising based on your activity. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of this sharing — see our Privacy Choices page.
- At your direction — when you request or consent to disclosure, such as to ship a product.
- Affiliates — within the Soluna Health LLC corporate group only. Personal information is never shared with, or accessible by, Peptides Direct or any other separate business, regardless of common ownership.
- Business transactions — in connection with a merger, to comply with legal obligations, or to protect the Services, our rights, or the rights of our users.
Note on SMS consent data. Information collected in connection with your consent to receive text messages — including your mobile number and opt-in status — is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Third-Party Websites and Links
The Services may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of those sites — review their own policies before providing information to them.
Children's Data
The Services are not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us personal information, contact us to request its deletion.
Security and Retention of Your Information
No security measures are perfect. We recommend not using unsecure channels to send us sensitive information. How long we retain your personal information depends on factors such as whether we need it to maintain your account, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
Your Rights and Choices
- Right to Access / Know — request access to personal information we hold about you.
- Right to Delete — request that we delete personal information we hold about you.
- Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right of Portability — request a copy of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing or Targeted Advertising — depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out. See our Privacy Choices page. If you visit with a Global Privacy Control signal enabled, we treat that as an opt-out request for that device and browser.
- Managing Communication Preferences — unsubscribe from promotional email at any time via the link in any email. We may still send non-promotional emails (e.g. account or order notifications).
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
Complaints
If you have concerns about how we process your personal information, contact us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
International Transfers
We may transfer, store, and process your personal information outside the country in which you reside, relying on recognized transfer mechanisms where required by applicable law.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date.
