We may share this information with third parties, including advertising partners, to show you more relevant ads and for other reasons described in our Privacy Policy.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of the “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” use of your personal information under applicable state privacy laws. Instructions below.

SMS & Text Message Communications

Conditional — applies once SMS messaging is enabled on a given Soluna property.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to SMS messages from a Soluna property, you may receive texts related to your orders, appointments, account activity, and — if you've separately opted in — promotional offers.

• Message types: order/appointment confirmations and updates, account alerts, and (opt-in only) promotional offers
• Message frequency: varies based on your activity and preferences
• Rates: message and data rates may apply — check with your wireless provider
• Opt out: reply STOPto any message. You'll receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you re-enroll
• Help: reply HELP or email support@solunaone.com
• Consent is not required: you never need to opt in to SMS to make a purchase or book a visit

Global Privacy Control

If you visit a Soluna property with the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out signal enabled, we treat that as a request to opt out of activity that may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, for the device and browser you used.

Opt Out of Data Sharing

To opt your account out of data sharing for targeted advertising, email support@solunaone.com from the address associated with your account with the subject line “Privacy opt-out request.” We'll confirm your request by email.

Additional Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Receive a portable copy of your data
